Double Porting Current Options?
Hi I'm on the 1p Lebara deal for a couple of sims from August and was trying to look into possibly double porting onto any new deals they have over the next couple of months. I see that Asda Mobile (PayG sim) are maybe no longer an option. Lyca have a £1 sim. Any other options? Many thanks

PAY AS YOU GO FOR OCCASIONAL USE
My mum is in a care home and I have an old phone with big buttons I would like to give her. Is there such a thing as a sim card where I can put say £10 on but which does not need topping up monthly. That way I can call her regularly using my mobile minutes? Thanks

Lebara MSE deal 6x5p then £4.95
My partner took an 'MSE Blagged' Lebara deal - 5p a month for 6 months then £4.95 month. The first month was indeed 5p, but she just got an email saying her next DD of £4.95 will soon be taken. Anyone else had this, does she need to dispute it before the DD is taken? Or maybe the DD really will be 5p and the email doesn't…

Hello, the pricing and the plan seems perfect for my mum who very rarely uses her phone: Best pay as you go Sim deals: Compare the best offers - MSE (moneysavingexpert.com) However, the iD Mobile page seems to not have true PAYG? It only has monthly SIM only plans listed under their PAYG page. Any idea what I'm doing wrong…

Ombudsman any help?
Please does anyone know about the mobile phone ombudsman? I have 6 lines with EE for myself and family. It turns out my 16 year old son's line contract is old and has 240 free minutes on it. He assumed it was unlimited - all my other lines are - and ran up a bill of over £1100 in one month calling his girlfriend. EE said I…

The previous thread has been closed, so I have started a new one. I am being scammed by Vodafone SecureNet which tells me that my 3 month free period has ended and I will be charged if I don't cancel. Smarty and VAT receipts
I recently moved to Smarty from Three (after their feel at home now excludes EU and I spend a lot of time in the EU).However, I've just noticed they don't provide any kind of receipt.Upon searching on their website, I see this: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1171295-vat-receipts-and-invoicesHowever, as they charge…

Mobile phone memory full
My Android phone memory is almost full. Can't work out what's causing this. Showing only 5GB free of 106GB When I connect it to a PC I can't see where Netflix, Youtube or Youtube music stores files, perhaps they are causing memory to be full I don't have so many photos saved. How can I find out what's causing memory to be…

PAC code transfer question from Smarty
I am wondering how precisely this will work. I've not had a problem transferring numbers from/to Smarty or Lebara and vice versa before. However, due to a later than usual delivery of my new SIM, I'm wondering about how the timing works. When I got back home from work, I saw that my Lebara SIM had arrived by post today. My…

I cannot find info on it apart from £4.95 coming out my bank. Cheers

Set data limit cut-off on Motorola C Plus Android (7.0)
I want to be able to set data limit cut-off on Motorola C Plus Android (currently on 7.0) so that as I reach the threshold my phone stops using data automatically. My phone 'System updates' tell me my software is up to date even though I am only on Android 7.0. Therefore, I guess, there is no standard provision for an…
