Help please - can't receive SMS since porting to Lyca

Hope someone can help and advise, as I'm finding out now that Lyca's customer service is terrible.
Ported my number to them on 1st March, and everything is working as it should, EXCEPT that I'm not receiving SMS since then.
I've reached out to their customer service (both on the phone and via the twitter (ie: X) account), and I seem to be stuck in the following loop:
-They tell me the technical team is working on it.
-I have to wait a day or 2.
-They tell me the technical team has checked the logs and advise that it's working.
-I check and tell them it's still not working
-then repeat the above steps
I'm really regretting joining Lyca now, and don't know what to do. I also sent a complaint email to them but not even had an auto-acknowledgement.
Because of this issue, my iMessage (I have an iPhone) is also not working, as I believe it needs to send/receive an SMS as part of the activation process?
I really need to keep my number but could porting away from Lyca now make matters worse?
Who else can I turn to in order to get this sorted out?

I'm aware that Smarty don't support 5 digit SMS - annoying when you want to pay for car parking. Perhaps Lyca are the same?#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

I was with lyca and when my daughter and girlfriend sent me a text I would only receive texts from my daughter but they are both on smarty but they do have different Samsung phones. Whenever I went on live chat they would cut me off so I decided to leave so I tried getting a pac code but they blocked it so I went back on live chat and then they decided to try and help me but I told them it's to late so they released the pac code and then they kept phoning me to see if they could help with the problem.0
