Help with an old MSE deal
Options
I took out an O2 MSE deal last year which was £7 a month on a 12 months contract - a bit more now due to the annual price increase.
At the time I thought it was a discount and would increase at the end of the contract, so I have been looking at the current talk mobile offer instead.
Just been into the O2 shop and they think that that is the ongoing price It and goes onto a rolling contract whereas I thought the discounted rate would end and it would increase.

If I wait to see what happens I will lose the talk mobile deal because it ends before my 12 months with O2 is up.
I can’t find anything on the app or in my emails which clarifies the situation.
Anyone able to help?

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

My experience of these deals, £7-8 for 30-ish GB will just continue, last year was able to "upgrade" the deal onto another 12 month term for the same price, thus avoiding the CPI + n% increase, this year got "upgrade" of extra 2GB/month for same money (and no annual increase).2
