Trade-In Problem - CPW/ID Mobile - Help.

On the 10th of this month I purchased a new phone with a 2 year contract.
A Pixel 8a for £14.99 from Carphone Warehouse/Currys on the ID Mobile network.

Part of the deal was I could send them any working phone and receive £150 trade-in cashback.

But two issues:

1. I have yet to receive the recycle bag to trade in my old phone.

2. On the online claim phone (to be completed before sending the old phone) the new 8a is not listed in the promo deal that I'm claiming for.

Anyone else had these issues?
