Giffgaff refurbished iPhones - are they any good?

I'm looking to update my (quite ancient) iPhone SE 2016, and was looking at Giffgaffs refurbed iPhones, which seem similarly priced to others out there.
Has anyone had good or bad experience with refurbed phones from Giffgaff?
My main question is whether they are in the condition stated, and whether they remain reliable?. I'm looking at like-new condition, so would expect the phone to last me a good few years (as per a brand new phone).

Some time ago I bought a Samsung galaxy S10 from them which was sold as "like new" and it still had the protective film on around the edges of the phone.
I wouldn't have any issues buying from them again.
Don't forget you have to buy a 1 month sim as well if you aren't already a customer.1 -

I got a Samsung S22 from Giffgaff last October. It was sold as 'Like New' and it was, still had the protective screen cover etc. I'd buy again. When I was looking there were slightly cheaper options around and their stock did move very quickly so I missed a few deals while I was dithering1

Used them last year for an IPhone 11 Pro 256mb!
Had a look before at a few other companies that sold refurbished phones! e.g Amazon, M.M, CEX, Blackmarket!
I thought Giffgaff had the best description of their phone grading system, compared to the others!
Reviews were very good, as well, some of the people receiving Iphones with Applecare still valid!
I choose the "Very Good" grade, phone looked almost unused!, screen perfect, no marks on body or scratches!
Batter life 93%
Very happy!
Only warning I would give!
They used DPD for my delivery, the courier left the phone on the ground floor of the communal landing in my flat!
Didn't bother coming to my door, even thought, my apartment is only on the 1st floor, very lucky it was noticed!1 -
Not been a customer of their refurbs but I used to spend a fair amount of time hanging around their help forums (they pay for helpful advice in phone credit) and the one thing that was always evident was the prompt refunds processed when people returned phones under the 21 days to change your mind deal.1
