Nokia 105 settings

My elderly neighbour has a new Nokia 105, and sometimes accidentally changes the settings by pressing the wrong key. He has turned something on that shows 2 musical notes on the screen. Even the manual didn't show me what this was, so I haven't been able to turn it off. We established it wasn't the radio.

Possibly a profile (other than silent etc) or an unretrieved voicemail?
Been a while since I've had a Nokia but a photo of the screen if you can get one might help others to assist.2 -
Ringer is on, as in the phone will ring audibly if someone calls. The alternative is one musical bar with a line through it for ringer silenced iirc.====3
