New budget smart phone recommendations?

Looking for a new, sim-free android phone as a present for a young user. Not much over £100 if possible. Size could be an issue - UNDER 6" screen needed. Very grateful for ideas.

I think you'll struggle at that budget to be honest.

I had been thinking something like this:

Yes, it seems nobody's making small phones any more. These big things may have larger screens but they're awkward for girls with small hands. Slip and crack fodder....
