EE retentions/cancellations

Do EE not have an option to speak to cancellations anymore? I remember a year or two ago there used to be an option on their IVR is choose from if you were thinking of leaving but calling today that's not there.

I think we’ve reached the stage where people change providers quite often. So for every person leaving there will be one joining. There’s not much reason for retentions. 

I cancelled a second line with EE recently and there was no attempt to retain me but they did send a sorry to see you go - here’s what will happen email.
