Wrong address on energy quote websites
Does anyone know how EDF, octopus and eon can remove an incorrect address from their quote website. The companies don't know how to remove it or are reluctant to contact the website team. Royal mail, ecoes and xoserve are all correct and do not contain the wrong address. Does anyone know where the address data comes from…

Which companies allow online topups ?
Hi, I have a meter that you would normally go to the shop and top up a key or card. Since I am with British Gas, I don't need to do that and I top up online instead which shows up on the little electronic meter I keep indoors, for gas and leccy. But want to change company. I need to know who else does online top ups. I…

I Do Not Want A Smart-Meter,Can E.ON Next Force It?
I am currently an E.ON Next dual-energy customer but I have no gas usage as National Grid at my own request disconnected the gas meter from the gas supply. We have recently moved from Eon to British Gas. We enquired about WHD, which we got with Eon as we are on Pension Credit. BG say we would get it automatically if we were their customer on 11 August. As we didn’t move until the end of September, we were told we would have to apply again. Unfortunately, the application for…

Energy standing Charges - OFGEM's inability to address unfair standing charges on consumers

Cheap, green battery charging
Does any other supplier have a scheme like this? Charge Your Solar Panel Battery with Battery Boost | OVO There are several restrictions ATM, but it looks as if some of them may be relaxed in due course. It certainly beats sticking to tariffs like Economy 7 just to keep the battery charged at lower cost.
