Just logged into my account on iPad and iPhone 

Balance is zero 

Of course it is, you have got the wrong account number 

I guess all the energy companies make mistakes at some point 

Not to worry I have a spreadsheet with records going back 2 years, I provide them with meter readings for both fuels on the 1st of the month despite being on smart meter for Electric 

I might email them on Monday 

Anyone else with the same problem
