Flexible Octopus Tariff
Once an existing Octopus account is migrated to Smart Meters(gas & elec), does the continuing "Flexible Octopus" tariff now offer the possibility to use off peak hour discounts?. Didn't seem clear from Octopus enquiry. Of course it wasn't available from old meters.

As far as I can see Octopus Go just uses fixed times of day to switch rates. Does anyone know if it records usage in two registers, like E7?
