Hiya, I’m new to the forum but looking for advice on how to proceed, how we might be able to escalate a complaint/claim back money owed. We live in a two-bed flat which we moved into in Feb 2019. British Gss Energy estimates are a joke end can't be overridden by their staff with real readings
"iSupply" was once my energy supplier and refused to take my reading or the pictures of the electricity meter in my empty house. It cost me £1200 before they were ousted from our energy market. When we moved home it had Pay as you go meters and I could never get hold of Utilita so we moved to British Gas. I hoped things…

With wholesale gas prices at their lowest level since November 2021, we want to know what fixed energy deals you're being offered by your current provider. There are very few fixed deals available to new customers on the market, and those that are tend to be pricey. Yet sometimes we do hear of short-lived 'existing…

Octopus Intelligent Go- Fixing
Having moved onto one of the beta apps for EV's, I am presuming that having the benefit of off peak charging rates and slots stops the account holder from fixing the tariff. So yes, give with one hand by take with the other. That said, there are sooooooo many tariffs they offer, I may have missed the option.
