Today my brother received an invoice of £52 for a used backpack he bought from Japan. Currently he is in hospital with mental issues and will not be able to settle the bill. What can I do, do I pay his bill or just ignore it.? Thanks

Ebay fees incorrect, higher than they should be.
I'm selling an item for £150, I work out the buyer fee to be £6.10 but ebay is charging the 'buyer' £6.68. It should be 10p plus 4% which is £6.10.
