Buyer cancelled a local collection after one month

Hi all,
looking for some thoughts. As above, a large item, buyer won a month ago. No response to numerous messages to arrange collection. Then 30 days later we received a request to cancel which I declined due to lack of communication (no attempt to come to a solution). We now received a INR. I’ve messaged again as not much else I can do, offered to provide to a courier if they arrange etc. Still no response. How is this likely to turn out as we keep getting notifications from eBay that we still need to resolve?

Will be frustrating if we just have to refund.
many thanks.

Assuming buyer has paid (as otherwise an INR wouldn't be possible) I'd cancel and block and buyer gets a refund which automatically cancels the INR - the buyer obviously knows how to work the system and whilst they are being difficult about this I suspect it will take longer to resolve than is worth it.spud said:Hi all,
