DHL issue

I sold a laptop on ebay.
I booked a DHL collection via Parcel2go and dropped off the laptop at a drop-off point four days ago. It has not been collected and the DHL tracking shows the premises were closed in the afternoon, which I very much doubt it.
Should I collect the parcel and meet the buyer and hand it to him? What if he does a chargeback or Item not rcvd crap?
I would like him to have the item as soon as possible but do not want to be ripped off either!

It's not unheard of for smaller shops to close for half an hour or so if the owner/manager needs to pop out. Alternatively the driver is lying (but guessing the vans are tracked?)
In any case not sure the shop would give you the parcel back as they've accepted it from you on behalf of the courier perhaps they could call DHL to get it collected? And definitely not a good idea to hand something over without tracking or confirmation of collection.2 -
I doubt they will give it to you once it enters the system.0
