Lebara
After MSE's recommendation and glowing reviews I changed from Vodaphone to Lebara and I am having a nightmare 3 weeks after I bought the package. I still can't access data. I have contacted them 7 times by phone and 3 times on live chat. They are very polite and keep telling me to do the same thing so I have installed the…

Asda SIM card free £40 voucher deal - how set auto renew?
I recently saw a deal/trick via the MSE site to get a free '£19' ASDA voucher if I clicked through the link to purchase a £7 per month SIM and make sure I set it to auto renew for 3 months -then receiving a £40 asda voucher after this period. This trick stated that I wouldn't have to actually use the SIM. Having done this…

Low user O2 sim-only - should I switch to Spusu?
I've been with O2 for some years and I spend very little: my increased latest monthly fee is £4.06. However, O2 emailed to mention I could leave within the next 30 days for no penalty. On the MSE site, there is a cheaper sim-only offer from Spusu whom I'd not heard of which uses the EE network. Their offer is £2.90/month…

SPUSU coverage

Asda Mobile terms & conditions .... frequency of top ups.
I might be wrong but I thought I saw mention that an amendment to their T's and C's dictated that subscribers to their PAYG plan at 15p per minute were now required to TOP UP every 180 days rather than just make a chargeable call or text. I have two, long standing but infrequently used, numbers on their PAYG and do make…

Grandmother travelling to Canada solo - best PAYG SIM card?
Hi everyone, I've purchased a simple dual SIM Motorola phone for my grandmother who will be visiting her sister in Canada. She's not a heavy phone user and keeps an old Nokia 3310 turned off in her glovebox but knows her way around basic tech like a tablet, so this phone will primarily be for emergencies during her trip…

IDMobile - Customer Service Abysmal
1. It is not possible to call them and speak to someone, (although strangely when you are moving to them from another provider, and have difficulties online, an individual will call you). 2. Their online process for signing up is dreadful. I don't know who designed and tested their web site but they need to sort it out. It…

Leaving O2
Hi everyone, I just had a quick question. I'm on a monthly contract with O2. The billing period runs from 1st of the month to the end of the month. The bill is taken on the 12th of the month. So, my April allowance has just finished and the bill will be taken on 12th May. So, May's allowance just started yesterday. If I…

Port in issues
Hello, I recently switched to Asda Mobile and transferred my number to them. Everything went smoothly until my port-in date arrived. Unfortunately, right after that, I lost all signal and couldn't access 3G/4G, making my phone unusable. Despite numerous calls to Asda Mobile and promises of a fix, after 10 days of no…

RWGmobile Is there any way to check (non bundle) balance over text? Near non existent support
Despite trying both support@rwgonline.com and .wales, as someone else in other threads stated one may yield better results, they only seem to reply when they feel like it. I have only have a support reply once or twice and sent approx 6 or more. It is not even a case of a long delay. It seems they just don't bother…

how soon can I re-join ID mobile as a new customer
I had a SIM-only contract with ID mobile and switched to Lebara today, and I transferred over my phone number. How soon can I request a PAC from Lebara and switch back to ID mobile (as a new customer)? I need to keep my number and would like to get a phone contract with them, as a new customer. Thanks.
