1pmobile website down ?

Is 1pmobile down ? I have tried to access the website http://www.1pmobile.com/login but not getting anywhere. The down detector query also states it's down. Their contact no. is also unobtainable. I hope they haven't been gone bust.

Just what I was coming to look for news about. They are part of a billion pound listed company so bust is hopefully unlikely. I suspect the key people are off on their holidays... Their quiet twitter rather supports this theory.

Bit annoying and worrying though I agree.

More worrying as their contact us number comes back as not recognised, my top up is due on 11th, I have an auto top up set up. 
Just to test, I sent an sms PAC request, and got my pac code straight away 
Hoping that it's just technical issues.

It was up early afternoon, I had logged on hours before I posted. Probably between 1pm-2pm.

My phone uses 2G. 

I’ve logged into my account and asked for a new 4G Sim, but I now need a new 4G phone.
I assume it’s only the 2G not working for calls in and out, text messages work fine.
Is anyone having problems with 4G phone call?

The EE coverage map shows 4G and 2G working in & out doors for my location.
The 1p mobile coverage map shows 4G working in & out doors,  but not working for 2G.

I guess you are having problems with calls and texts rather than the 1p website not working?

it might be better to create your own thread rather than bring up an old thread. 

Please can you let us know which phone you have, roughly where you are and exactly what the problem is?
