i have an rwg sim with 50 minutes free every month for lifetime. on friday it says no credit you have to top up but i never needed to. this is now mobile. does anyone else have that problem. if anyone has a way of getting a screenshot of this could you please tell me how as now mobile are denying this deal

O2 blue light discount 25% not working
I'm trying to get blue light discount for 25% off my airtime. I get blue light discount due to being a teacher. It asks me to enter my work email address which I do but it won't let me progress as it says 'enter a valid email address, not a personal address'. It IS a valid work email! Can anyone help please?
