Talkmobile Amazon Voucher

Hi, earlier this year I took out a contract with Talkmobile via a link on this site that was supposed to give me an Amazon voucher after a few months and as yet some months after I was supposed to receive it I have not; has anyone else had this?

You can also email voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com – please include your full name, order date, order reference & email you signed up with. We’ll pass these on to the relevant company to sort but do check the T&Cs first to ensure you're due the voucher now.

I signed up in February and I got my voucher in June.

I also had an email from them at the time I signed up specifically about the offerexplaining the timescales, what to check and need to contact if I didn’t receive it. Did you get that email?

Hi, yes I got the email when I signed up but I do not have the voucher hence why I posted.

Have you tried the contact they gave if the voucher didn't arrive?
