Hi, Can anyone advise if i can claim for PPI being mis-sold if I had completed the original PPI form myself and via post? It seems that if I had completed the form myself I knew what product i was purchasing and that there is no evidence for mis-selling. Thanks Mark

Lloyds not paying PPI claim owed
Hi, Back on the 7th Feb, i received a letter from Lloyds Bank saying I would be getting my payment in the next 28 days. It's 6 months on, and I haven't received a penny. I've made many calls to them, and they always tell me a pack of lies. 1st one was 3 months ago when they said I will be getting a new payment as…

Claiming back tax
My father died May last year he had a pension with Prudential which they eventually paid out to my mother in Nov. The lump sum was £18,600 but she only received £15000 due to tax. If there any way she is entitled to any of this back? She also received a ppi payout from Gladstone Brooks and they deducted £739 in tax so she…

Lloyd won't consider complaint about charges and ppi together. Upheld PPI 25K but ignoring charges.
I have been battling against Lloyds for years because of effect of ppi and charges. We were treated unfairly. It caused extreme financial hardship. My husband tried to kill himself as a direct result and was unable to continue in business for health reasons and we closed the business. They ignored my complaints. I made a…

I went through a company -My PPI Refund last year in June 2019. I can't recall for sure how I completed any forms but I think it was all online. Hi Guys, I am a bit confused about a PPI claim made against Newcastle Building Society (i will abbreviate it to NBS from now onwards) which is currently being handled by the FOS as NBS rejected the claim. PPI Reclaiming Tax - Form R40 filling in
I have had a PPI refund, with £600 tax taken off, just last month. I have form R40, which I have been advised to just fill in sections 1, 3, 11 and 12. I thought I would try R40 on line, but it wants details of my earnings in the current tax year (section 2) and will not allow me to progress without these figures. I am a…

Natwest halved the original offer - can this be right?
Through GB, I made a PPI claim against Natwest. Recently they found in my favour, made an offer (approx £17k!), which I obviously accepted. After 28 days, during which I was expecting the payment, I've just received another letter from them, saying that the first offer was in error, and making me a new offer, less than 50%…

WFAC just informed me of the FOS response to my PPI claim.......
This one has gone on for a while...I have a claim via WFAC against Halifax for mis-sold PPI. I was already covered by my employer for illness etc. Halifax never even spoke to my wife and I about PPI when we signed up for our mortgage and it was not something I'd have taken anyway due to being covered. Just heard yesterday…
