I hope somebody can please help me
I bought a setter from scs 3 years ago and with it I paid £200 for insurance which I was led to believe covered anything that went wrong. All the seams on the back cushions have come apart but when I have put in a claim I have been told the policy does not cover this ?
Does anybody know my rights please
