As reported in the daily mail 9th August 2020 by James Robinson banks are expecting another round of ppi claims, does anyone know anything about this and how do we proceed,and will resolver be activated again

It is still theoretical as the two court cases are being appealed. Depending on the outcome of the appeals, it may or may not be another option for those who had their complaints rejected. However, there are issues
1 - It will need solicitors. So, no resolver. Not unless the FCA decide to make a ruling on what needs to be done.
2 - It will only apply to PPI complaints that were rejected (not upheld).
3 - It will only apply to PPI that was linked to a debt that was captured under the consumer credit act 2006 amendment. (so debt cleared prior to that being active would not apply).
4 - A failed legal case could result in you suffering costs.
