Lloyd won't consider complaint about charges and ppi together. Upheld PPI 25K but ignoring charges.

I have been battling against Lloyds for years because of effect of ppi and charges. We were treated unfairly. It caused extreme financial hardship. My husband tried to kill himself as a direct result and was unable to continue in business for health reasons and we closed the business. They ignored  my complaints. I made a last ditch attempt when ppi end date loomed. I have just received confirmation that ppi misselling has been upheld on 5 counts and offered £25K. Lloyds unwilling to consider this with charges complaint and intend to continue to ignore this. Although chuffed they have in part listened I feel I deserve more for the cumulative effect of both. They speak about indirect losses and consequential losses in the letter but equally say they can only look at ppi. What can I do to get full redress. Do I send everything to FOS or go back to lloyds. Can anyone guide me please. I Darenth bank money as I feel it would suggest acceptance.

    What "charges" do you mean?
Late / missed / overdrawn and no overdraft charges? If so, that was dealt with years ago and the banks won the case.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Overdraft and returned chqs. 12K at lease over 4 years same period as ppi misselling. According to MSE this is starting to open up again despite earlier case

Have you got a link as nothing has changed if you go by the financial press and regulatory papers. There is certainly no evidence of success on these forums or other consumer sites.

That article is old and nothing in it to suggest any new method now exists.  The 2014 case didn't open up any new cases (and 6 years on, it seems unlikely).
