I requested fast track to look into PPI for me, I had letter saying that Lloyd's will pay a sum into my bank account or send check, I've not had any payment yet, but Fast track telephoning and sending letters reminding me to pay their invoice for the service. Do I have a right to pay this after I receive payment? Thank you
