Fees charged by Claim Easy
My wife is due a PPI refund made on her behalf by Claim Easy and their fee is 35% plus Vat as the claim started before the fee cap. Is this payable on the gross amount, as they're saying, or the net amount my wife's received? Also is there really no way she can challenge these high fees please?
