++ WONGA Claim ++

Quick question: Can I still claim for mis-sold WONGA pay-day loans? What is the eligibility? I satisfied each loan within 2...3 days of receiving the loan.
Thank you.

You can raise a complaint about whatever you like. You just give your reasons for complaint and any evidence to support your allegations.I satisfied each loan within 2...3 days of receiving the loan. So, what exactly did they do wrong?

Thank you dunstonhEverything was done online, but I never realized the impact on my credit file, nor was that explained. Perhaps in the small print.
What are other people using to claim against WONGA?0 -
The basis of other people’s complaints is about as relevant to any complaint you might make as what I had for my tea last night.
if you’re unhappy with something, you put your complaint in writing and submit it to whomever is handling complaints for Wonga and then see what happens. If you’re unhappy with the response you’ll have 6 months to send it to the FOS for an adjudicator to review.
i get the sense, however, that you want someone to give you complaint points that are likely to be upheld so that you can lodge a complaint in order to fraudulently receive a payout.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)1 -
I suggest you sharpen your senses, I would never make any kind of fraudulent claim!
And to suggest that, is insulting.
All I was curious about was, I received an email last year like probably every other WONGA customer saying we were ENTITLED to claim against WONGA, I’ve lost that email and was just bloody curious! So your accusation is way-off!0 -

However, in your earlier post you state that you satisfied each loan without difficulty in just a day or so.So what would be your complaint?1 -
Oh my god!! I’m not looking to complain! I just heard about being mis-sold WONGA loans and started investigating! I don’t know if I have a claim I’m just asking on here...

There is nothing out there to suggest that Wonga are in breach of the consumer credit act. So, it would have been explained, had your chosen to read it. That is not a valid complaint reason as it is your choice to read it or not and you have to agree that you have read it as part of the declaration.
What are other people using to claim against WONGA?Not claim but complain. Complaints vary but the main area is irresponsible lending where they should have had internal processes in place to spot people in financial problems. That is somewhat ironic as payday loans are already for people in financial problems. So, by default, you could argue they should never have been made. However, that is not the issue that will get a complaint upheld. It is really people that borrowed money on payday loans on a repeated basis. i.e borrowing the same/more immediatly one after the other without any checks made. You don't appear to fit that from what you have said.
