I’m not questioning the know-how in here or the answers.
Just I was accused of fraud for asking a question!
    lets just leave it there...

Nobody accused you of fraud, as far as I can tell, it just looks like you were trying to find out how to complain about something that is more likely to get you a payout.

you’ve had a mare here to be honest.

All I was curious about was, I received an email last year like probably every other WONGA customer saying we were ENTITLED to claim against WONGA, I’ve lost that email and was just curious!
To be fair, it is not much different to a customer being put in PayDown plan who has to stomach an opening letter that reads  you've paid more in interest, fees and charges than you have repaid towards the amount you borrowed. All just fca speak and just recklessly upsetting people.
Here are some links easily obtainable about the cause you've inquired about:

From the OP’s post, it looks like his query was around the fact he didn’t realise the impact on his credit file rather than the loans being unaffordable (especially as they were repaid in a few days).

He did innocently ask: "What are other people using to claim against WONGA?"  o:)

Actually a very specific question, but let's not split hairs.

If you wanted  to make a complaint (not 'claim') to Wonga, no one here would have  judged you or even been  aware of it.
However it would have been remiss of us not to tell you that you didn't  appear to have a valid complaint.
You would never have  received any refunds for simply having had pay day loans which you promptly paid off. In order to have any hope of a refund you would have needed  to show that the loans were made irresponsibly. By  that I mean your financial situation was such that it should have precluded you from obtaining  such  loans in the first place. I hope that finally answers your query.

Unfortunately, you are already far too late to make such a complaint as Wonga is already no more and the coffers are now bare.

    Stay safe... :)

It is now a lot too late to send a Claim to Wonga. The deadline for Claims was late last summer. The remaining money has been distributed.
