Ongoing Bullying from Fast Track Reclaim

Options
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
During the pandemic they have continued to send threatening texts and emails for a payment.
I have made several calls and emails in response to their threatening letters & emails advising I have not been paid yet they ignore me.
They have lied by saying they have contacted the bank but when I call the bank they tell me no contact from FT.
FT has even told me to chase bank for payment - Hey FT IS THAT NOT YOUR JOB THAT IM PAYING YOU FOR??
I have had a lot of letters and emails threatening legal action if I don't pay When I called to check they couldn't care less. In such uncertain times these letters and emails are very upsetting especially when I have told them I really don't need this harassment and stress as I have just been released from hospital after suffering my 2nd HEART ATTACK.
NOTE - I have never refused to pay but will only pay when you when or if I receive funds.
I will be complaining to the FCA to report FT disgusting harassment
AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!
Today I received another letter stating -Final Demand, do not Ignore and they will start legal proceedings in 7 Days,- Yet I have still not received any refund regarding a PPI

And yet it was easier to go it alone and not involve these clowns.

first thing I’d suggest is to take a breather as you don’t want to cause yourself a third HEART ATTACK.

as a side note, you’re not paying them to do anything other than send your complaint for you. Their speciality is chasing people like you for their hefty slice of the pie.

Raise a complaint with them first and then escalate to FOS if/when they reject it.

when did your lender uphold your complaint? Are you definitely receiving redress? It’s not going towards previous arrears or to the official receiver in relation to a previous bankruptcy?

Try not to worry too much about this ridiculous company. I have had several of those threats too because I won't pay them (my situation is different as I have had my redress from the bank, but I have never signed Fast Track's LOA to allow them to do my claim so they have acted without my authority). I am going through their complaints process (and have alerted the CMC Financial Ombudsman) and they are still saying they're taking legal action. Each time they threaten court action they move it back by a few days! I am no longer worried by them. Definitely raise a complaint with them (do it by email). They have 8 weeks to come back to you. They will continue to threaten you while this is going on.

Wonder how many they have taken to court. Very few I bet. Also in current climate courts aren’t even considering looking at stuff like this and probably won’t for a long time with real cases to catch up on

One thing they do well is taking people to court.
