Insurance company didn't renew insurance and gave no reason. I thought it was auto renewed hence got stopped and fined. Can I appeal?

You can appeal what you like but the argument will be that you’re responsible for your insurance and making sue it’s in placehelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)1 -
Only if the insurer said they were going to automatically renew it in their renewal letter would you have a case. If they said it would not auto-renew then there is nothing to appeal.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. But you will lose.
Sorry. But unfortunately it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient insurance / cover in place.
