made 4 different ppi claims - mbna have replied that they 'no longer hold any transactional data' for my 2 accounts I long ago shredded all my statements as I had no idea I would ever need them again. surely the obligation is on THEM?? anyone have advice??

Acceptance letter
hi have received the acceptance but i’m confused as to to the wording, ‘You will refund the amount of sppi premiums totalling £6xxx’ you will pay £5xxx’ representing simple interest less tax’ the refund will be £11xxx its the first bit I am worried about, why am I Paying? thanks for any advice
