SANTANDER PPI REFUND

HI,
Has anyone had a PPI refund offer from Santander recently? I originally put in a claim 12 years ago and heard nothing/ Despite chasing over the years. I then got a letter offering £126 for unfair commission. When I rang to enquire I was surprised to learn that Santander thad made me an offer of £13,400 back in 2016 (for my Debenhams and monsoon cards). I never received this letter and told the adviser this. The adviser quickly said that she had made a mistake! What should I do?
