So I sent my PPI complaint in July . They sent a letter acknowledging I had PPI on account from
2006-2012 and said theatre looking into it .
Since then I’ve heard nothing . Rang them today and they said I’m on day 80 but said they have yet to look into it ...
Anyone else dealt with them and experienced the same delay and lack of communication?

Yes. Yes, they have.
The same answers also apply from your earlier thread ( just a month ago) here:

Understand that no here can hasten the result of your complaint, nor is anyone in the same situation as yourself able to help as they could be ahead or behind you in the queue.
As to "communication", your complaint has been acknowledged so you know they have it. Calling them up on a regular basis is rather a waste of your time and their's and will not result in you jumping the queue
Realise also that there is no guarantee that your complaint will even be upheld when they eventually get through the huge backlog caused by the deadline rush...
Just to update . Still haven’t received any communication from from littlewoods even though last August (2019) they acknowledged I had ppi and advised it was now with their calculation team . I think after waiting over a year now I’ve been more than patient ?
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
