Afternoon guys, Asking for a friend. He recently reclaimed PPI via a Claims company, he did quite a few claims, however, he did not end up paying the claims company their share as now he cannot afford it. PPI Tax Reclaim
Hello, Dealing with my late wife's estate, there's a PPI payout for a joint policy from 2018. It is in both our names and was paid into a joint account. The interest paid was a little over £2000. I was a high rate tax payer at the time, and my wife was on standard rate. I presume I should fill out 2 R40 forms with the…

Claiming PPI Interest has backfired on me BIG Style.
First of all it needs to be made clear that I am a PAYE person all through my working life. This means I have no experience with filling in a Self Assessment form. Anyway, I got stuck as to how to claim a fairly high Interest claim. My overall pot was around k, but the RBS took that money due to historical debt with them,…

I recently became aware that I may be able to claim against a mismanaged fund & initiated a claim with the FSCS. Unfortunately, it was rejected on the grounds that too much time had elapsed.
