Hi all,
So I just received I piece of old post, from 2019 from Canada Square Operations. On it I had two claims one which was unsuccessful but one that was. I now need to see how I go about claiming this money.
I tried calling Barclays but they said the claim pre dates when they took over egg assets. Does anyone have a way to contact Canada Square or know who I could get in touch with?
Thanks so much!
James

Citi Bank is Canada Square
It looks like you need to message them at the moment as their PPI number is shut1 -

Egg, CitiFinancial, Future Mortgages or Citi Card Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) all fell under Canada Life Operations and it appears the address hasn't changed since 2019. Their phone lines are off according to the website (blaming Covid still). So, the contact address should be the same as on the letter.

FOS Financial Ombudsman Service might be able to help.
