OK, so my previous post was deleted after a false complaint that I had insulted someone responding to my post - which was not the case.

Note: I am asking for advice in either

         a) contacting Allay, who are uncontactable to the best of my abilities
         b) deadline with CRS who admit that I don't owe any money, but are pursuing it and threatening legal pursuit for non-payment.

Note: I have been successful, money has been offered to me, it hasn't and will not be going to service debts/settlements/IVA's. bankruptcy or anything utterly unrelated.
Everything I say below is factual, truthful, accurate and doesn't require the suggestion of an alternative that contradicts what I am saying.
The amount I will in future be required to pay the company is only required when I have received the money (or when the bank pays this, which is the same exact thing)

Has anyone else dealt with CRS Before? They are threatening me with legal action for failure to pay an outstanding balance, that is not outstanding.

I never received the PPI rebate I was due to date.
I did communicate that I accepted it, then never got it.
In the Interim Ally kept telling me I owed them money for the amount that i'd never received.
Allay accepted this, although have now shifted to not dealing with claims any more so passed all accounts to CRS who are instructed to treat them as debts.
CRS have on multiple occasions sent me SMS demanding payment of the "debt balance".
I spoke to their agents multiple times and each time they said they would freeze it and refer it back to Allay - but they never did and I kept getting more SMS.
I last spoke to CRS 1-2 months ago and someone finally blocked it and referred it back to Allay.
In the interim I got back in touch with the PPI company and had to redo the acceptance documents, which I did, then they sent me a letter 3 weeks later saying that I hadn't provided Photographic ID (which I had), and which i've now responded to, and i'm just waiting again.
Today CRS emailed me threatening Legal Action.
I've been on the phone speaking to a a hostile and challenged individual, who promised to put it on hold for 7 days.
He instructed me the issue is between myself and Allay, because I hadn't been communicating with them, and I explained that there is no way to communicate with them as they don't handle this any more.
Allay appear to have simply handled any non-closed accounts over with instruction that there is debts.
The individual on the other end kept interrupting me, talking over me doing so by asserting that I was doing that to him every time he cut me off.
Said person also kept telling me were were going round in circles because I objected to him trying to continually restate that I was in debt, with an unpaid debt, and kept saying that there was a balance that was my debt that I needed to pay, and any dispute was between myself and Allay.
I'm trying to complain to CRS about CRS but I just know they truly don't care and just want to continue their pursuit of this fictional debt.
As soon as I have money clear from a cheque I have yet to receive i'm willing to pay it.
Truthfully I don't want to pay to clear a "debt" that doesn't exist.
I don't want to deal with CRS due to their astonishingly stupid tactics of avoiding reality and restating "Debt" etc...
In the end the guy threatened to hang up on me for not letting him talk all over me saying I was talking over him, ARGH!
So I hung up. I expect he wont do what he said he will do now, that is what the unpleasant and ignorant manner in which he was acting has lead me to expect.
Has anyone had any experience of speaking to a non-scripted, non-wannabe-baillif, with this company?
I would very much like to communicate with Allay to have them rescind the passing on of that which is not overdue, is not outstanding and is not a debt.
I would very much like to complain to CRS that the above is true (as they have accepted a number of times) and have them stop this, as they agreed to do previously.
The current status is that I have accepted the offer from the company (which I am due to receive in full) on 2 occassions, but never heard back.
I have then accepted it again (having had it reissued) and sent copies of PhotoID.
3.5 weeks passed and then I received a letter saying I hadn't sent them the PhotoID, so I reprinted it, and re-sent it again.
I am now waiting to receive a cheque, within 28 days from when they receive the PhotoID for the 2nd time (that they say is the first).
Any advice gratefully received in how to postpone CRS from starting legal proceedings to attempt to enforce the payment of x% of a successful claim, that is not due until the claim has been honoured.

Thanks in advance.

And please, no alternatives suggesting that I am wrong, that the details are not as described, that i've been unsuccessful, or that i've received the money by it being siphoned off for some outstanding financial reason - none of this is the case, but thanks for the thought.

Let them take you to court, and use your argument as a defence to the claim.

Don`t get bogged down asking for peoples opinion, or playing letter tennis with them, its unlikely these circumstances have been repeated to any great extent.

Let them carry out there threat, and let a judge decide who is right and who is wrong.

They can`t win a case if the evidence is contrary to what they say it is, let them hang themselves.
