I have an ISA it say I don’t pay tax on my intrest so do I include need to tell HMRC ABOUT intrest on this account

  • Providing you have kept to the rules of the ISA then no, you don't need to tell HMRC about interest from an ISA.

Not sure what your thread title means exactly but you cannot reclaim "interest on PPI".

Do you mean reclaim tax which was deducted form the interest element of a PPI refund?
