I applied for refund at barclays re monthly charge for my account. Sent MSE letter filled in a couple of forms from bank. Barclays telephoned me asked more questions week later had £2584 put in my account compensation!!!! RESULT thank you

Hi I wish to try and reclaim the charges I had on my Gold Account with Lloyds but I am unsure what the actual amount was as it was some years ago and from what dates.
