se,I am a long time and good valued costumer of Argos card and direct services


I do have ongoing problems with Argos card and Argos direct services,
It is about large items that were delivered to my sons address, in August 2014
and then collected about 2 weeks later by the Argos team.


I have been receiving statements with the items still on the statements that I have received and returned
and many time I have contacted Argos about those large items on my statements
To explain, they have been collected in August or September 2014, The outcome and replies is always the same


They say the items were not collected and I will be getting charged interest for no payments for the items..


There is so much details, to this problem and I hoping you will like to know about all the details
As I truly believe, it's disgusting how Argos are treating me


Please help me..

Why do you say they were collected in "August or September" surely you would know. Who was there when the items were collected have you got any paperwork

Yes it was my sons address and his mum was his address,
To give the large kitchen items to the Argos 2 man team
And was in September 2014.

I have spoken to Argos card services, many time since the collected
and they are saying,
We have paper work for 1 of the kitchen items that was collected
But not the other 2.
I told them, the 3 got collected the same time, so they must be somewhere in the warehouse or someplace else..
