Hi
I wish to try and reclaim the charges I had on my Gold Account with Lloyds but I am unsure what the actual amount was as it was some years ago and from what dates. I sadly don't have the statements anymore but is there a way of finding out as if I ring Lloyds up they are not going to want to help me in anyway!!
