A1 scheme letter received

I've received a letter about the A1 scheme inviting me to make a claim. I cannot remember when, where, or for what I took this out, so I do not know which element to claim against - a product that covered me for £100,000 or for the product that covered me for £5,000? Any advice on what I should do? I would be grateful for assistance. Thank you.
