0% interest expiry
Hi, Sorry I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct place to post this, so apologies if not. Just a little curious on something - we had a 0% interest credit card, and stupidly couldn't remember how long that period was for. We were suspecting it was due to be up soon, but thought we'd be notified - turned out our…

Claiming ppi from Midland Bank
Around 1987 I had a loan with Midland Bank to buy a car. I think they probably added ppi without asking me. Is it too long ago to claim, and also would I apply to HSBC? A long shot, I know but thought it's worth asking. Thanks.

Advice Needed - A&L PPI Reclaim
I have just about given up hope, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I will try to be as brief as possible. Took out a personal loan with A&L in August 2003 (£348pcm over 60mths). Loan account was settled in January 2006 when I refinanced my mortgage. I distinctly remember being urged to take PPI when I took out the…

Moneysavers Bank Letter Query
Hi everyone, The MMS bank letter template ( open new claim) states at the beginning: ' I am writing to request that you repay all the charges in relation to direct debits, unauthorised overdrafts and standing orders that have been applied to my account in the past six years.' Hi All Newbie here! I have sought a claims company to peruse mis-sold PPI for me. I have received a small payout from Lloyds but have had trouble with HSBC. Halifax PPI
Hi, In 2012/2013 I successfully reclaimed miss sold PPI (& associated compound interest) on my credit card. Now, I'm pretty bad at checking statements but out of…

I received a letter - Part 1, states pre 2005 I paid 'X' amount and have been given a cheque for the amount; Part 2, states post 2005 and it is too late to make a claim. I have also separately received a letter and form from RBS regarding PPI…

PPI question
Hello, I am seeking some guidance. I send a request for a PPI refund yet American Express claims they don't have to honour it because I requested PPI as a safeguard rather than they imposing it upon me. However, as the original PPI court case proved PPI was "unfit for purpose," or something along those lines, can I still…

Help please, where do I start?

Now I've been reading everyone else's post…

Extremely long PPI claim
Hi all, I wondered if anyone has had a long drawn out process as me. I started a PPI claim with a claims company. I went into it knowing that they take 20% of anything I get - I was happy with that as I don't have the time to do it myself. I also had to pay money up front to cover the claim process, for which I was…
