HSBC offer

Hi everyone, I've received an offer of 2360 for Ppi on 6 loans with hsbc. Has anybody rejected the first offer and received more? If so, how long did the process take? Or am
I unlikely to get more?

Its not a case of haggling. The redress is defined. A refund of contributions plus 8% interest.

Either HSBC's calculation is correct or it's not. For what reason do you believe HSBC's calculation is incorrect and thus they should be paying you more. The redress offered is calculated according to a set formula which is laid down by the regulator.
