HSBC ppi claim

Hi,
HSBC have been telling me that they have posted out my PPI claim offer every two weeks since July 2015. They have my details, correct claim number but I am having to ring them every two weeks as I have still not received this letter. It's very problematic having to explain the same thing over and over.
I have written to PPI centre in Coventry but they have not replied.

Don't know what to do now.

I suggest you tell them you wish to make a further complaint against their PPI complaints team to that effect.

I did that today. They have promised me a new letter by Friday this week! I will not be holding my breath .

I'm just going through this with them. Since taking out and paying my 2 loans and 1 CC they have asked me to go into 1 of their branches not once, but twice. I think they thought I would give up! They have identified PPI on all 3 so I'm not going anywhere. Just wish I knew how I could find out how much I'll get.
