  • Hello Paul I have just successfully claimed ppi from a bank for a loan in 2003. All i did was fill in the questionaire and said I didnt have the account number. resolved in 8 weeks I was really surprised
  • Hi Paul. I'm doing the same. My loans with HSBC were in 2000 and 2003 and my credit card was taken out in 2004. The bank have identified PPI on all 3 but I'm now waiting which I'm told could take 12 weeks! Good luck.
