Cheapest SIM to receive texts on?
Hello. I'm looking for a SIM that would only be used to receive text messages on. Rates per minute / text / MB are not that relevant, as I'm not going to use those, unless I have to to keep the number. The important thing is to keep the number indefinitely without having to top up often. Suggestions welcome.

MSE Mobile Comparison Tool - Fake Deals?
Do the deals the comparison tool advertises actually exist? Tried to click through on a couple now and get taken to a generic page on the retailer's website. I guess MSE still gets the affiliate money even if you end up going for a more expensive deal on the same site once you've been misled into clicking through.
