Hi all. After seeing good reviews of Smarty, I decided to switch. The SIM arrived and it said I needed to download the app and when I looked at the reviews on there, it was full of 1 star, awful reviews. So I'm a bit confused now. Does anyone use them (or used them previously) that could let me know of your experiences…

Moved from Sky to O2 - Weaker signal?
I've moved from Sky (which uses O2) to O2 direct and yet I'm getting a weaker phone signal in my usual haunts and not great download speeds (although download speeds were never great from Sky either). I've tried the default APN settings and the alternate Android one on O2's forums with no difference evident. This is on a…

How do I switch to a new deal with Lebara to get a £40 voucher?

Switching to EE PAYG from Pay Monthly - also cancelling Apple Watch plan
Currently have an iPhone 13 Mini (for the first time since iPhone launched, I’ve not wanted the ‘best’ version - I’m usually a total tech geek and like to get the best version of things) - I opted for the Mini because it was better in my pocket and my usage hasn’t been particularly high in recent years. However, I am…

New Mobile Phone buy out right or monthly with provider?
I need to get a new iPhone in September when my iPhone 8 stops being supported with updates. Some time ago Martin advised to buy a new phone outright so you can keep your cheap mobile plan. Is that still the advice or has that opinion now changed to pay monthly via a mobile provider?
