How to upgrade Lebara tariff?

Hi notmartin, you should be able to do it by selecting BUY and then going to the following page and selecting EXISTING SIM:
https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/cart/lebara-sim-choice.html
Which tariff are you looking at, not all are easily found on their website ?1 -
that's excellent, thanks! much appreciated. really not a fan of Lebara at all but sort of stuck for the minute.thanks again pal!0

These are some of the tariffs not easily found on the website:
5GB £4.90 https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/msm/p/441174.html
15GB £6.95 https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/uswitch/p/441122.html
21GB £7.95 https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/uswitch/p/441210.html1 -
My first 6 months on the Lebara MSE deal have just ended and, using the “buy” URL above, have just been able to add the same deal again. It said nothing about having to be a new customer.
I now have two MSE tariffs on the same SIM but have switched auto-renew off on the older one. I’ll wait and see if they realise what they’ve done…
Edit: Not been given the 6 months reduced, which is of course fair, but it will be £4.90 per month going forward which is a pound cheaper than it would’ve been.1 -
If you're not wanting to port the number elsewhere, then I think all you need to do is disable auto renew.
PS: Make sure it's disabled on web and app. After recent upgrades to both, I discovered auto renew was enabled on app but disabled on web. Not sure what would have happened on renewal date if I hadn't corrected it.1 -

I've taken auto renew off on the old deal and switched it on for the new improved deal. I've not got the app so have just done this on the website.
I was paying £5:90 a month for 5gb, I've just switched to that 15gb deal above so I'm now on a better deal.
This whole post has been very useful indeed.1 -
Update: Lebara took £6:95 today when it says the deal is £2:78 for the 1st 4 months then £6:95 thereafter. I guess they have taken the full amount because they know I'm an existing customer. I'm not too bothered as still a good deal I think.0
