My daughter sold her phone to music magpie and sent it off using the postage label they sent her . It was delivered 2 days after but they are saying they didn’t receive it . They opened up a claim but are saying they won’t pay out as it is fraudulent????

  • We are experiencing the exact same problem with Music Magpie, and they refuse to admit the loss on their side despite us having receipts and tracking from Royal Mail confirming receipt at their end. They are saying we have committed fraud and they won’t provide us with our device back or the money. What can we do?
