Suddenly no phone calls (in or out) at home, outside fine

I have a Motorola G7 power. Suddenly I can't make or receive calls in my house. The signal strength is good. I leave the house and it works. I'm so desperate I've returned the phone to factory setting, bit still no calls. My mobile provider is 3. I'm not on aeroplane mode and my Mobile data is on. My job depends on my having a working fone at home. Any advice most welcome!

Is your phone connecting to your home wifi?

Do you get calls if you turn this off?

What exactly happens when you make a call?

Is it something to do with wi-fi calling and it being set to prefer to use wi-fi calling over mobile network but there's something wrong with the wi-fi calling so it only works when you go outside away from the wi-fi?
