Looking for cheapest voice only sim on Vodafone

I have a spare basic handset which I want to connect to the Vodafone network or the smaller mobile virtual network operators that use their network.

My main mobile is on Giffgaff/O2 and this spare is to be kept in the car as a backup: I’ve either forgotten my main phone or have broken down and the reception is better on the Vodafone network at the time.

I’m not interested in any data offerings, it will just sit there doing nothing most of the time.
