My husband has got a flight home today from Greece to Gatwick it took off an hour late and landed an hour and a half after it should of it was diverted via Budapest to refuel , can he claim back anything. Cancelled flight 2012
Aurigny cancelled our flight to Guernsey in 2012 due to mechanical problems. They refused our first claim. Due to the EU ruling in 2015 I reapplied and glad to say was finally successful today. The moral is don't give up, perseverance does work.
